How to use a Butter Bell or Butter Crock

Using a Butter Bell or Butter Crock is easy and we share videos on our socials to demonstrate. Lift the lid off and push butter into the top 'bell' of the lid until it reaches the top.

Fill the butter bell with enough water to reach the butter and create a seal. About 2cm should cover it.

When you place the lid back on the water creates a seal around the butter keeping it fresher, longer.

Enjoy soft spreadable butter without refridgeration.

Do I need to make butter to use a Butter Bell?

Any butter, homemade or store bought can be used in your butter bell. Always use softened butter when filling the butter bell.
