  Add 1–2 teaspoons of mullein tea to a cup or infuser. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Getting the most from your brew

Use 1-2 teaspoons of flowers per cup. Steep in hot, not boiling, water for 5-10 minutes for mild brew. Strain to remove the fine hairs, enjoy plain or lightly sweetened with honey or slice of lemon.
