Tulsi has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and is known as an adaptogen which are used to balance different processes in the body.

Getting the most from your brew
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup. Steep in hot, not boiling, water for 5-10 minutes for mild brew. Can also be served cold with some fresh holy basil and mint leaves.
