The Eumundi Markets
The Eumundi Markets are a must visit for anyone staying in Noosa or the Sunshine Coast. They are one of the largest artisan markets in Australia and have a large selection of arts and crafts, clothings, homewares and food. When you are finished wandering the markets head to the main street for lunch at The Imperal Hotel or Matsos Brewery.
The Eumundi Museum
Across from the markets you will find the Eumundi Museum which is renowned as one of the most picturesque museums on the Sunshine Coast. Eumundi Museum showcases Eumundi’s past: indigenous history; the early settlers; the timber industry; farming; the hospital; transport; military history; natural history; and the markets.
Eumundi Art Trail
When you have finished at the markets wander around Eumundi and you will see many forms of art , from street art, to murals, sculptures, and installations. Go exploring and see what you can uncover in the most unusual places; in alleyways, on shop walls, inside cafes and bars, and even on the bins!
Just a 5 minute drive out of Eumundi over the highway is local brewery Terella Brewing. Taste their locally brewed bars listening to some live music from local artists. Every month they host markets featuring over 80 local vendors.
