Mullein tea has traditionally been used for coughs, bronchitis and sore itchy throat; it's been called a respiratory hug or hug for the lungs due to it's ability to reduce inflammation.

Getting the most from your brew

Use 1-2 teaspoons of flowers per cup. Steep in hot, not boiling, water for 5-10 minutes for mild brew. Strain to remove the fine hairs, enjoy plain or lightly sweetened with honey or slice of lemon.
