Getting the most from your brew

Add 1-2 teaspoons to a tea infuser per cup to hot (not boiling) water and steep for 3- 5 minutes for a mild brew. If you prefer it stronger leave the infuser in your cup. 

Add honey and lemon to help soothe a sore throat.
