Ashwagandha Tea is a caffeine-free organic herbal tea made from the roots of the ashwagandha plant. It has a earthy and slightly nutty flavour that pairs well with honey and milk.

Getting the most from your brew

Add 1-2 teaspoons to a tea infuser per cup to hot (not boiling) water and steep for 3- 5 minutes for a mild brew. For a cold brew simmer Ashwagandha root in water for up to 20 minutes, serve with fresh mint or lemon slices. Can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

For milk based tea simmery 1-2 tsp of Ashwagandha root in 1 cup water for 20min. Add 1 cup of milk and heat without boiling. Add honey and a grating of nutmeg to taste.
